Is there a diverticulitis diet that will work for everyone? Not really because the cause of diverticulosis and the inflammation/infection of diverticulitis can be different for everyone. Still, following an all natural protocol, a diet for diverticulitis can be determined for your relief.
What is Diverticulitis?
Diverticulitis is the infection or inflammation of the pouches that occur in people with diverticulosis. Diverticulitis happens after pressure forms in the colon and pushes weak tissue outward forming the pouches. Diverticulitis patients have these "diverticula" that can then become infected or inflamed.
