The Specific Carbohydrate Diet is based on the concept that many bowel conditions are due to imbalances in the microbial
environment of the gastrointestinal system. The Specific Carbohydrate Diet also believes that foods included
in the diet have very specific chemistry that help restore the
necessary balance. The Specific Carbohydrate Diet, in my opinion, is too restrictive and not comprehensive enough and I must warn that it doesn’t work for everyone.

The master cleanse diet, as it's called, consists of the master cleanse recipe of lemon juice, maple syrup and cayenne pepper, to be taken as your sole source of food. Does the Master Cleanse diet assist in detoxification and weight loss as say the Stanley Burroughs master cleanse proponents?

Beware of this Product!
Evercleanse claims to cause weight loss through bowel cleansing. Well, who doesn't want a clean bowel? What a great idea! Sorry, Evercleanse doesn't work, can be harmful and many are accusing Evercleanse of unethical business practices.
