Summary:
Ulcerative Colitis is an Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and auto-immune condition of the large intestine (colon). Ulcerative Colitis symptoms include diarrhea, frequent bowel movement that may or may not be accompanied by blood and mucous in the stool.
