Vegetable oils are also quite rich in Co Q 10. Within vegetables, parsley, and perilla are the richest Co Q 10 sources. Broccoli, grape, and cauliflower are modest sources of Co Q 10. Most fruit and berries represent a poor to very poor source of Coenzyme Q 10, with the exception of avocado, with a relatively high Co Q 10 content.
